Application on Elevator
System scheme
Install infrared sensor switch on fore and aft of elevator,when passenger on elevator, trigger infrared sensor switch and send signal to Inverter.
When passenger on elevator,triggered infrared sensor switch,inverter accelerate to frequency 1,elevator runs stable on high speed;When no passenger on elevator,inverter will automatic switch to frequency 2,elevator runs on low speed.
When elevator runs up and down,control system use interlock switch for managing ,ensure elevator work normally.
For consuming redundant energy from running down or braking,need install braking unit on inverter.
Advantages
Under open-loop victor control mode,with high starting torque (low frequency) and rapid response speed ,when start on 0.5Hz,output torque can reach to 150% rated torque,meet all requirements of elevator.
Inverter with soft start function can avoid current surge when starting.
Inverter with capacity load,can improve Motor power factor,reduce reactive loss.
Inverter with over current,over voltage,overload,over heat protection device,and various fault alarm function,can ensure whole system work normally.
Elevator runs on low speed when no passenger,reduce mechanical wear.
Variable drive system start,stop and change speed smoothly,passengers feel comfort.
Automatic and manual work mode,when inverter failures occur,can continue to run under manual mode.
